1. من نحن ونطاق هذه السياسة
توضح هذه السياسة معالجة البيانات في تطبيق «وينك | Waynek» وموقعه التعريفي. مشغّل التطبيق والمسؤول عن معالجة البيانات هو Meshal Al-Amri، في المملكة العربية السعودية. يمكنك التواصل بشأن الخصوصية والدعم وطلبات الحقوق عبر noreply@pica-asir.com. تخضع المعالجة للأنظمة السعودية المنطبقة، بما فيها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه ذات الصلة.
2. الهوية المجهولة لا تعني أن بيانات الموقع مجهولة
لا يتطلب وينك شاشة تسجيل أو كلمة مرور. ينشئ Firebase Authentication هوية تقنية مجهولة تلقائياً لتمييز جهازك وحماية الوصول إلى بياناتك. يرتبط بهذه الهوية ملفك وإعداداتك وبيانات المشاركة. معرّف المستخدم والموقع الدقيق والمسارات قد يتيحون التعرف عليك؛ لذلك نتعامل معها كبيانات شخصية، لا كبيانات مجهولة الهوية بالكامل. قد يؤدي حذف التطبيق أو فقدان جلسة الجهاز إلى فقدان الوصول إلى هويتك السابقة.
3. البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق
- الهوية والملف الشخصي: المعرّف التقني، واسم العرض والصورة المصغرة المضغوطة التي تختارها، إن أضفتهما. لا يُطلب بريد إلكتروني أو رقم هاتف لإنشاء الهوية.
- الموقع والحركة: خط العرض والطول، ودقة القراءة، ووقت الالتقاط والتحديث، والسرعة واتجاه الحركة عندما يوفرهما الجهاز، ونسبة البطارية. تُحفظ عينات موقع مختارة في سجل المسارات.
- العلاقات والموافقات: الأشخاص الذين تتابعهم ومن تسمح لهم بمتابعتك، وأذونات الوصول وإلغاؤها، وبيانات دعوات QR اللازمة لإنشاء العلاقة، والأسماء الخاصة التي تضعها للأشخاص.
- المناطق والتنبيهات: أسماء المناطق ومراكزها وأنصاف أقطارها، وتفضيلات الدخول والخروج لكل شخص، وإعدادات تنبيه البطارية، وسجلات التنبيهات.
- الطوارئ والإشعارات: نداء SOS اليدوي ووقته وبيانات العرض والموقع المتاح عند الإرسال، ومعرّف وجهة الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك وحالة محاولة التوصيل.
- التواصل والتشغيل: عنوان بريدك وما تكتبه عند مراسلة الدعم، وسجلات تقنية ضرورية للتشغيل مثل الأخطاء وطلبات الاتصال. قد تعالج خدمات الاستضافة عنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح أو الجهاز.
4. لماذا نستخدم هذه البيانات؟
نستخدمها لعرض موقعك للأشخاص المصرح لهم، وإظهار الأشخاص الذين تتابعهم، وعرض السرعة والبطارية والمسارات، وتقييم عبور المناطق وفق تفضيلاتك، وتوصيل نداءات الطوارئ والتنبيهات، وإدارة الموافقات والإلغاء، وحماية الخدمة والرد على طلبات الدعم والحقوق. تتوفر باقات برايم اختيارية عبر Apple وGoogle؛ نتحقق من بيانات الشراء وحالة الاستحقاق لتفعيل المزايا للمشتري فقط، ولا نتلقى رقم بطاقتك البنكية. لا نبيع بيانات المستخدم أو معلوماته الشخصية أو موقعه أو سجل تحركاته لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجهة. تكون الموافقة أساس معالجة الموقع والمشاركة الاختيارية، وأي معالجة أخرى يجب أن تستند إلى أساس نظامي منطبق؛ ولا يُعد مجرد استخدام الموقع التعريفي موافقة على التتبع.
5. أذونات الجهاز والموقع في الخلفية
يحتاج جمع الموقع إلى أذونات نظام التشغيل. قد يستمر تحديث الموقع عندما يكون التطبيق في الخلفية أو الشاشة مغلقة في النسخ الأصلية الداعمة لذلك ومع منح الأذونات اللازمة. تعتمد استمرارية التحديث على النظام والاتصال والبطارية ودقة GPS، وليست مضمونة. على Android قد يظهر إشعار خدمة موقع مستمر أثناء التتبع.
تُستخدم الكاميرا لمسح QR، ولا يحفظ وينك فيديو المسح أو يرفعه. يتيح إذن الصور اختيار صورة شخصية؛ لا يرفع التطبيق مكتبة صورك كاملة. الإشعارات اختيارية ويمكن تعطيلها من إعدادات النظام. يمكنك تعديل أذونات الموقع والكاميرا والصور والإشعارات أو سحبها من إعدادات جهازك؛ وقد تتوقف الوظائف المعتمدة عليها.
6. المشاركة والتحكم في من يرى موقعك
تكون المشاركة مفعلة افتراضياً في الملف الجديد، لكن جمع الموقع يتطلب أذونات الجهاز، ورؤية موقعك من جهاز آخر تتطلب علاقة وصول مصرحاً بها. عرض رمز دعوتك ومسحه يمنح الماسح إذناً لمتابعتك؛ ولا يمنحك إذناً متبادلاً تلقائياً لمتابعته. شارك الرمز فقط مع شخص تثق به، ولا تنشره علناً.
يمكنك إيقاف المشاركة المستمرة من رمز العين على الخريطة، وإلغاء وصول شخص من «من يتتبعني؟»، أو التوقف عن متابعة شخص. لا يعني إيقاف المشاركة حذف البيانات المخزنة، ولا يمكنه استرجاع صورة شاشة أو معلومات حفظها مستلم سابقاً. لا يجوز استخدام وينك للتتبع الخفي أو مراقبة شخص دون إذنه أو دون تفويض نظامي صالح.
نداء SOS إجراء يدوي فقط. قد يرسل موقعاً واحداً إلى متابعيك المصرح لهم حتى عندما تكون المشاركة المستمرة متوقفة؛ لا يعيد تفعيلها تلقائياً. الإشعارات قد تظهر على شاشة قفل المستلم وفق إعدادات جهازه. وينك لا يتصل بخدمات الطوارئ تلقائياً ولا يضمن وصول التنبيه أو الاستجابة له.
7. الأطفال والقاصرون
يجب أن يكون المستخدم الرئيسي، أي صاحب الحساب أو المشرف على الاستخدام، بعمر 18 سنة أو أكثر. لا يجوز لمن هم دون 18 سنة استخدام التطبيق أو تثبيته على أجهزتهم للتتبع إلا بعد إعداد فعلي مباشر من أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني، وتحت إشرافه المباشر وبموافقته الصريحة.
على الوالد أو الوصي شرح المشاركة للطفل بما يناسب عمره، والتحقق من الأشخاص المصرح لهم ومراجعة الأذونات. الهوية المجهولة ليست تحققاً من العمر أو الوصاية؛ لا تتضمن النسخة الحالية آلية تحقق مستقلة منهما. إذا علمت باستخدام أو مشاركة لبيانات طفل دون هذه الشروط، تواصل معنا لطلب المراجعة ووقف الوصول أو حذف البيانات بعد التحقق من الصفة والملكية.
8. الخدمات الخارجية والمتلقون
- الأشخاص المصرح لهم: يتلقون معلومات العرض والموقع والسرعة والبطارية والمسارات والتنبيهات ضمن أذونات الوصول الممنوحة لهم.
- Google Firebase: للمصادقة المجهولة وتخزين البيانات والمزامنة. تُستخدم Realtime Database للموقع المباشر وأذوناته، وFirestore للملفات والعلاقات والمسارات والتنبيهات والإعدادات ومعرّفات الإشعارات. معلومات الخصوصية لدى Firebase.
- Expo وخدمات Apple وGoogle للإشعارات: لتوصيل الإشعارات، بما في ذلك معرّف وجهتها وعنوان التنبيه ونصه ومراجع الحدث اللازمة. سياسة Expo.
- خدمات الخرائط: Apple Maps على iOS وGoogle Maps في Android الأصلي، وقد تستخدم الخرائط البديلة بيانات OpenStreetMap وصور Esri/ArcGIS. قد تكشف طلبات الخرائط عنوان IP ومعلومات تقنية ونطاق الخريطة المعروض. خصوصية Apple، خصوصية Google، خصوصية OpenStreetMap، خصوصية Esri.
- Replit: استضافة الموقع وبيئة تشغيل عامل الإشعارات الموثوق، الذي يستخدم البيانات اللازمة للتحقق من الأذونات وحساب التنبيهات وتوصيلها. سياسة Replit.
- خدمة البريد: يعالج مزوّد البريد المستخدم لعنوان التواصل بريدك ومحتوى رسالتك لتقديم الدعم والتعامل مع طلبات الحقوق.
قد تعالج هذه الخدمات البيانات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية بحسب بنيتها وإعداداتها. يجب على المشغّل التحقق من مواقع المعالجة وضمانات النقل ومتطلبات نقل البيانات عبر الحدود قبل إتاحة الخدمة، ولا تعني هذه السياسة أن التخزين محصور داخل المملكة. قد يلزم الإفصاح عن بيانات محددة استجابة لالتزام نظامي أو طلب صادر عن جهة مختصة وفق النظام.
9. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والحذف
الموقع المباشر يمثل أحدث قراءة محفوظة، ويُحدّث مع وصول قراءات جديدة؛ توقف التحديث ليس حذفاً للقراءة السابقة. سجل المسارات مصمم للاحتفاظ بثلاثة أيام تقويمية وفق UTC، ويعرض الأوقات بحسب توقيت جهاز المشاهد. تُعلّم السجلات بانتهاء الصلاحية وتُجرّب إزالة الأقدم أثناء تحديث الموقع. انتهاء الصلاحية أو منع القراءة ليس دليلاً على الحذف الفعلي؛ قد تتأخر الإزالة عندما لا يعمل الجهاز أو خدمة التنظيف، والحذف التلقائي على الخادم يعتمد على إعداد قواعد انتهاء الصلاحية والتنظيف فعلياً.
لأحداث SOS ومهام توصيل الإشعارات نافذة صلاحية تشغيلية تقارب 24 ساعة، لكنها لا تضمن إزالة كل نسخة أو سجل خلال 24 ساعة. لا توجد في النسخة الحالية مدة حذف تلقائي ثابتة لجميع الملفات والإعدادات والعلاقات وسجلات التنبيهات. تبقى هذه البيانات إلى أن تُزال ضمن إدارة الخدمة أو يُنفذ طلب حذف موثق. يوضح فريق الدعم عند مراجعة طلبك نطاق الحذف وأي احتفاظ ضروري بموجب النظام ومدته وسببه. قد تخضع النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات التقنية لسياسات مزودي الخدمات؛ ولا نعد بمحو فوري من جميع النسخ.
10. حقوقك وطلبات حذف الحساب أو البيانات
يمكنك التواصل لطلب معرفة كيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها أو الحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وسحب الموافقة أو طلب حذف كل بيانات هويتك أو بيانات محددة، وفق الحقوق والشروط والاستثناءات النظامية المنطبقة. تستطيع تعديل الصورة والاسم وإعدادات المشاركة داخل التطبيق حيث تتوفر أدواتها.
استخدم صفحة طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات أو أرسل طلبك إلى noreply@pica-asir.com. وضح نوع الطلب ومعرّف المستخدم إن كان معروفاً ونوع الجهاز. هذه قناة طلب يراجعها الدعم، وليست حذفاً تلقائياً. نحتاج إلى التحقق من ملكية البيانات أو صفة الوصي قبل التنفيذ؛ ولا يكفي عنوان بريد أو معرّف مستخدم بمفرده لإثبات الملكية. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز دخول أو رمز QR للمشاركة أو بيانات موقع دقيقة في بريدك. حذف التطبيق من جهازك وحده لا يحذف البيانات من الخدمة.
11. الحماية وحدودها
يعتمد التطبيق على المصادقة وقواعد وصول Firebase وأذونات المشاركة، ويفصل بيانات العرض عن معلومات الجهاز الخاصة مثل معرّف الإشعارات. يتحقق عامل الإشعارات من استمرار إذن الوصول قبل محاولة التوصيل. تُستخدم اتصالات الخدمات المشفرة أثناء النقل، لكن لا نصف الخدمة بأنها مشفرة بين الطرفين ولا نضمن حماية مطلقة. يجب على المشغّل المحافظة على قواعد الوصول والإعدادات الصحيحة. احمِ جهازك وراجع المتابعين، ولا تشارك جلسة الجهاز أو رموز الدعوة مع أشخاص غير موثوقين.
12. الموقع التعريفي والتخزين المحلي
لا تطلب الصفحة التعريفية موقعك أو كاميرتك، ولا تنشئ جلسة تتبع Firebase عند زيارتها. لا نضيف إلى كودها أدوات تعقب إعلاني أو تسجيل جلسات. قد يعالج مزوّد الاستضافة بيانات اتصال تقنية وفق سياسته. يستخدم التطبيق تخزيناً محلياً لحفظ جلسة الهوية وبعض الإعدادات والبيانات المؤقتة اللازمة للتشغيل؛ وليس ذلك ملفاً إعلانياً. مراسلتنا تفتح برنامج بريدك، ولا ترسل الصفحة الرسالة تلقائياً.
13. التحديثات والتواصل والشكاوى
تُنشر تعديلات السياسة هنا مع تحديث التاريخ. يجب مراجعة التغييرات الجوهرية ومتطلبات الإشعار أو الموافقة النظامية قبل تطبيقها؛ تحديث النص ليس إذناً لتوسيع من يمكنهم رؤية موقعك. للأسئلة أو الشكاوى المتعلقة بالبيانات تواصل مع Meshal Al-Amri عبر noreply@pica-asir.com. يحق لك اللجوء إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية وفق الإجراءات النظامية المنطبقة.
Waynek Privacy Policy

This English version is available alongside the Arabic policy at this same address. Both describe Waynek’s data practices. If wording differs, contact us for clarification; neither version limits your statutory rights.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Waynek (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a family location-sharing app operated by Meshal Al-Amri in Saudi Arabia. This policy covers the mobile app and its informational website. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact noreply@pica-asir.com. We process personal data subject to applicable law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations where applicable.
2. Information we collect
- Account and profile: a Firebase Authentication identifier, your chosen display name, and an optional compressed profile thumbnail. An anonymous technical account does not make your location or other linked information anonymous. Email addresses and phone numbers are not required to create this identity.
- Precise location and movement: real-time GPS latitude and longitude, location accuracy, sample and update timestamps, speed and heading when available, battery level, and selected historical location samples. With the necessary permissions and sharing enabled, this includes background location while the app is minimized or the screen is locked.
- Family relationships and preferences: invitations, QR access grants and revocations, authorized followers, people you follow, private aliases, zone names, zone centers and radii, and alert preferences.
- Alerts and device information: manual SOS events and their available emergency coordinates, geofence and other alert records, push notification tokens, delivery-attempt status, and connection status.
- Purchases: product identifiers, store transaction or purchase-verification information, and Prime entitlement status. Apple or Google processes payment; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Support and operations: information you send to support and technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as errors and connection requests. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses and device or browser information.
3. Why we use location and other information
We collect and use real-time location data, including background location, to enable family location sharing, geofencing and zone entry/exit alerts, Route History, and manual SOS alerts. We also use relevant information to show speed and battery status, evaluate enabled speeding and low-battery alerts, manage invitations and access, verify purchases, protect the service, and respond to support and privacy requests.
Location collection and optional sharing depend on your permission and consent. Other processing must have an applicable lawful basis, such as providing a requested service or meeting legal obligations. Visiting the website alone is not consent to location tracking. We do not sell user data, personal information, precise location, or location history to third parties. We do not use this information for targeted advertising.
4. Permissions and background tracking
Waynek requests operating-system location permission. “Always” permission is needed for supported continuous background tracking. You can change or withdraw permissions in device Settings and pause sharing in the app. Background updates depend on the operating system, connectivity, battery conditions, and GPS availability; they are not guaranteed. For continuity, minimize the app rather than force-quitting it. Android may display an ongoing location-service notification.
Camera access is used to scan invitation QR codes; we do not upload or retain scanning video. Photo access lets you choose a profile image, not upload your entire library. Notification permission is optional and controls device alerts. Disabling a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.
5. Storage, security, and family sharing
Location data is stored in our Firebase databases: Firebase Realtime Database stores the latest live location and sharing permissions; Cloud Firestore stores Route History, profiles, relationships, preferences, and alert records. We use authenticated access, Firebase security rules, and encrypted service connections to protect this data. These safeguards require correct configuration; no system is completely secure, and we do not claim end-to-end encryption.
Within the app, your location is shared exclusively with members of your invited, authorized family group, not the public or unrelated users. Access is granted through invitations and can be revoked. A QR invitation grants its scanner permission to follow its owner; it does not automatically grant reciprocal access. Share invitations only with people you trust. A new profile defaults to sharing enabled, but collection still requires device permission and another person still needs an authorized access relationship to view your location.
You can pause ongoing sharing with the visibility control and remove a follower in “Who is tracking me?”. Pausing is not deletion and cannot recall information or screenshots a recipient already saved. A manual SOS may share a one-time emergency location with authorized followers even while ongoing sharing is paused, without re-enabling continuous sharing. Alerts may appear on recipients’ lock screens. If you explicitly use the native Share action, the selected location is also shared with the recipient or app you choose.
6. Service providers and other disclosures
Family-only viewing does not mean that no service provider processes data. Providers process information necessary to operate Waynek: Google Firebase provides authentication, database storage, and synchronization; Replit hosts the website and trusted notification backend; Apple, Google, and Expo provide relevant app and notification services. The backend checks authorization and uses necessary location and preference data to calculate and send alerts. SOS notification payloads may include the sender’s name and emergency coordinates so the recipient can open the emergency location. Push services process delivery tokens and relevant alert content.
Apple Maps, Google Maps, and where used OpenStreetMap and Esri/ArcGIS provide mapping. Map requests may disclose IP addresses, technical information, and the map area requested. Apple and Google also process store purchases under their own policies. Email providers process support correspondence. We may disclose specific information where required by applicable law or a lawful request from a competent authority.
Provider privacy information: Firebase, Apple, Google, Expo, Replit, OpenStreetMap, and Esri.
7. Children and family use
The primary account holder or supervising user must be at least 18. A person under 18 may use Waynek or have it installed for tracking only after direct setup by a parent or legal guardian, with their explicit consent and direct supervision. Parents must explain sharing in an age-appropriate way, review authorized followers and permissions, and meet applicable parental-consent requirements. Waynek’s anonymous identity system does not independently verify age, guardianship, or parental consent.
Do not use Waynek for covert tracking or monitoring without valid permission or lawful authority. If you believe a child’s data has been collected or shared without the required authorization, contact us to request investigation, suspension of access, or deletion, subject to verification of ownership or guardianship. This policy is not a substitute for legally required parental-consent procedures.
8. Retention
The live location is the latest stored reading; stopping updates does not erase it. Route History is designed around three UTC calendar days, displayed in the viewer’s local time. Records have expiry markers and older records are subject to cleanup. Expiry or denied access does not prove physical deletion: removal may be delayed when a device or cleanup service is not running, and automatic server deletion depends on configured cleanup or expiry services.
SOS events and delivery jobs have an operational validity window of approximately 24 hours; this is not a guarantee that every copy or log is erased within that time. There is no single automatic deletion period for all profiles, settings, relationships, purchase records, and alert logs. These remain until removed through service administration or a verified deletion request, subject to necessary legal retention. Support can explain the scope, reason, and period of any necessary retention when reviewing your request. Provider backups and technical logs follow applicable provider policies; immediate erasure from every backup is not promised.
9. Your choices, rights, and deletion requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access or a copy of your data, correction, withdrawal of consent, and deletion of your account identity or specific data. You can edit supported profile fields and sharing settings in the app, revoke followers, and change device permissions. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the relevant authority in Saudi Arabia where applicable.
Use our account and data deletion request page or email noreply@pica-asir.com. State the request, device type, and user identifier if known. Support reviews the request; this is not automatic deletion. We must verify ownership or guardianship before disclosure or deletion; an email address or user identifier alone is not proof. Do not email passwords, login codes, invitation QR codes, or precise coordinates. Uninstalling the app does not delete server data and may remove access to your previous anonymous identity. Store subscriptions should also be managed or cancelled through Apple or Google; uninstalling the app does not cancel them.
10. International processing
Our providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia according to their infrastructure and configuration. We do not represent that all information is stored in Saudi Arabia. Cross-border processing must comply with applicable transfer requirements and safeguards. Contact us for information about the processing and safeguards applicable to your data.
11. Website and local storage
The informational website does not request your location or camera or start a Firebase tracking session. Its code does not add advertising trackers or session-recording tools. Hosting providers may process technical connection information. The app uses local storage for authentication persistence, preferences, and operational caches, not an advertising profile. Support links open your email app; they do not send a message automatically.
12. Emergency limitations
SOS is a manual family alert, not an emergency-response service. Waynek does not automatically contact emergency services and cannot guarantee current GPS accuracy, continuous tracking, notification delivery, or a recipient’s response. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services directly. Protect your device and review who can access your information.
13. Changes and contact
We publish policy updates at this same address and update the date above. Material changes require applicable notice and consent; changing this text does not itself authorize broader location sharing. For questions, complaints, or privacy requests, contact Meshal Al-Amri at noreply@pica-asir.com.
